My trash tends to be stinky so I always spray the inside of the can and the lid with Lysol when I change the bag.
I tend to think about how my bf is away when he's gone so now I make sure I'm busy after work a few nights a week. Now I don't have time to sit around alone thinking.
My closet is gets stuffed so I organize regular clothing swaps with my gf's a few times a year.
So what is your problem and how did you solve it? _________________ If you don't talk to your cat about catnip, someone else will. |

I hate cleaning my floors, so I bought a rubberm@id Reve@l mop and it's amazing. I can use the dust attachment to sweep them and then change to the scrubbing pad and use my own solution to mop. It works really well, and then I can save the environment by washing the pads instead of throwing them away.
My SO used to pile all his junk including car keys and wallet on the kitchen counter. It drove me bonkers. So I set up a basket and a table in the entryway and he's been using it. Yay!
I'm stressed out over events in my life, so I cracked open a bottle of wine. _________________ Everyone thinks I do it to make people stare, but really, it's to keep them from looking too closely. |

My butt/lower back started to hurt from too much sitting recently. I:
1) started drinking more water (so I have to get up to pee more often!)
2) Whenever I notice my butt feeling weird, get up immediately and walk around the hallway loop 1-2x
3) Started taking a 10-15 minute walk outside at lunch
4) Started doing an "active errand" (biking to library, walking up to grocery store, etc.) at least 3x week after work, and on the other evenings I do 10-15 minutes of pilates exercises. Also trying to be more conscientious about getting in some light activity/standing time in the evening every evening (just stuff like sweeping the floor up, doing dishes, general tidying).
It's all totally working! And I am more productive at work too! |

I don't know how to teach the lab I'm TAing (not my area, haven't seen some material ever before). I'm supplementing by making additional practice questions available online after I see what students don't understand and telling them they can review slides we looked at in earlier labs if they'd like. I'm also checking in with other TAs to try to pick up tips.
I'm stressed out about being a crummy teacher, so I've been playing my uke daily to take my mind off it. |

I was starting to feel really depressed, lazy and stuck...so I started taking cold showers.
I can't stand shopping at a grocery store, so I'm starting a cost-share/co-op. _________________ My personal blog!
