very cute...but HOW? How does she have the time? How can she position the baby and do all these things without her waking? _________________ keep it simple |

She wrote that it takes her a few minutes to set them up. Plus newborns are pretty good sleepers.
When Daphne was a newborn, she slept like a log. One time, her siblings and I dressed her up like George Washington complete with cotton ball hair and giggled as quietly as we could.
I think some of the comments on the blog are pretty mean. It's all in fun and I don't see it as dangerous or wrong to the baby. _________________ My NEW blog:

Oh, I could totally have used the Crumblette as a prop; she slept like a rock when she was a newborn.
Mind you, I didn't have the brain power or wherewithal to think up anything near as cute as this, but the prop-baby, I had. :) _________________ Unrelentingly high and mighty since 2001! |

maybe Scarlet just wasn't as deep a sleeper. Now she was a trooper about getting her picture taken in general, but I don't think I could have done a few of those pictures without her waking up and being at least a little perturbed. I would have never been that creative, either. I wonder if she thinks them up on the fly or ahead of time? I don't think it's dangerous at all... I think they are a rather beautiful momento of her daughter's infancy. How cool would it be to have pics like that of yourself or of your child? _________________ keep it simple |

Well, you know what Agnes says-"Never read the comments!"
All I can say is I wish I had the creativity and talent to do this when my babies were small!
Kittyroc, the George Washington thing cracks me up! How cute! Did you take photos? If so, I want to see! _________________ Glitter is the answer.

Ok that is officially one of the better sites/blogs I've seen in a long while! I love how she has used everyday objects in such a creative way! Some clothes, fabric, paper, toys. And such nice pictures! _________________ Oh gravity, thou art a heartless bitch |

It's adorable!
I showed this to my friend who has a one month old little boy. She loves to photograph and she LOVES to dress up and come up with themes for parties and things in general.
So of course we immediatly dressed up Vidar as Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

It was a two-minute thing as his big sister would soon wake up from her nap so we didn't have time to dress him properly. Or iron the sky sheet. Haha.
Though, I think I created a monster. She spent the rest of the afternoon planning what she would dress him up as during the next nap. As she's a huge Tim Burton fan I suggested Edward Scissorhand with scissory hands made of tinfoil. :) _________________ the world is yours

Octocake,
I don't really have pics of the George Washington thing. I remember that when I tried to take pics, my camera died. I think I have one pic of her when we first put the paper hat on but it's a crappy pic. Most likely due to my camera about to die. =P _________________ My NEW blog:
