I have a big thing of Folgers that I will not drink.
No one at work drinks coffee either so my usual way of getting rid of stuff won't work.

What can I do with coffee other than drink it?
Its NOT instant.

Food wise, I am coming up short on ideas. But if you are interested in non-food uses, you can use it for composting, you can sprinkle it into potted plants or gardens to keep critters from using it as a litter box, or as a deodorizer (kinda like baking soda, but with an aroma).

What about coffee cake? or coffee ice cream (yumm) ooh, or mole sauce? Of course, I have no recipes for these things, just brainstorming :)

You could use it to dye something- fabric for curtains, a blanket, etc.

Will a local food bank take it?

Do you have a catbox?
When I clean the catbox scoop it into the same bag I put the filter&grounds from the morning's coffee into. The coffee scent covers the catbox smell.

You can take your favorite chocolate cake, brownie, etc. recipe and substitute strong brewed coffee for some or all of the liquid. Yum.

For some reason reading this just made me remember that Cindy Crawford rubs the stuff into her thighs in the shower to prevent cellulite.

So sad that there are actual cells in my brain devoted to storing celebrity inanities from 90's-era issues of Allure.

And not that you would need to be getting rid of cellulite Sleepyhouse.

fresh (unbrewed) coffee grounds will repel slugs. Sprinkle the fresh grounds on the surface of your pots; refresh when the smell wanes. The stronger the coffee, the better; caffeine at high concentrations goes beyond repelling slugs; it actually kills them.
