Easter menus

This year's Easter menu is basically the same as Thanksgiving, but with the addition of a spiral sliced ham because I like ham on Easter damnit. The girl must have mashed potatoes, so I will make them, but I'm buying the fixings for a cheesy hash brown casserole to eat with leftover ham the week after Easter.

I haven't a clue as to what to do for dessert. I had wanted to make a cheesecake, but my mom is bringing some cheesecake-cookie dough concotion that she had tried at work potluck. I have a feeling I'm going to end up just doing an ice cream sundae bar for the kids just to make it easy and maybe make some brownies.
