Chocolate Peanutbutter Pie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
1 pound firm tofu
about 1/2 to 2/3 cups of melted chocolate chips
1/2 to 2/3 cups peanut butter
vegan soymilk
your favorite pie crust, a vegan graham cracker crust is usually the best

Directions:

Mash the totally drained tofu in as tiny pieces as possible. Start blending in melted choc chips and peanut butter a little at a time using soy milk to help create liquid in order to misx easier. I use about 1/2 to a cup of soy milk. Mix it all up any way you can - you can do this with a fork if you have a LOT of time or you can use a mixer. Blend the ingredients together until somewhat smooth, this may take a while if you are using a big spoon and fork the old way but it is just as tasty in the end. You don't have to get all the lumps out just most of them.

Add more chocolate and peanut butter to your liking. Put the mixture into a baked pie crust and smooth out the pie surface. You can make fancy designs in the surface if you want. Place the pie into the freezer for about 1/2 and hour to 1 hour until it is firm to the touch. Cut and serve and be adored by all around you.

I'm a brand new poster who's been reading Glitter (especially this board) and was too shy to post until now

I made this pie with a vegan friend and fed it to a crowd of non-vegetarians at a barbeque. We used silken tofu and even though we didn't have a mixer, everyone loved it and couldn't believe that it was vegan.
