My grandma Pinky made this up. (Pinky was her clown name. My gramma was in a volunteer clown troop that went to children's hospitals to cheer them up. She is still around but retired from the clown business).
Cook carrots in water until tender. When done, drain, and return to pot. Add a large pat of butter, and 2 T white sugar. Let butter melt, stir, and serve.
These are so good and so easy they don't take any more time than regular carrots. It is a super simple addition but most people are surprised and go "Oh, yummy!" when they taste them. _________________ "Fun is where you find it" - jackierocket
