I'm feeling very anxious about my meeting with my advisor today, so I'm glad I reread this. I need to do my best to NOT make (ridiculous) internal attributions about my work and to realize that if she asks about certain work things, it's her *asking*, not a comment on ME.

(unless, of course, she makes it a comment on me, in which case I will most definitely burst into tears, but that's ok, too :)

PATIENCE WITH COMMUNICATION :) (I think my hubs and I are both glad Retrograde isn't overlapping with my PMS ;)

Glad you reminded us LM.
It seems there is never a "good" time for it, but at least I can try and remember to be more careful in communications, and maybe keep a low profile.

And Xiola, I understand the impulse, but really, you'll be okay if you can remember to be patient and just plan in extra time for communications and tech, just to be safe.

I learned to post the three annual Mercury Retrograde sessions on my calendar in advance, so I can be wary before/during/after.

This one is March 12-April 4, then comes July 7-August 8, then November 6-26.

Since it happens three times a year, every year, it's really a good idea to learn how to respond well and then just bear it in mind every time it comes around. It's probably a better life strategy than pulling the covers over our head for three weeks at a time, three times a year! (Ahh, if only that were an option! I hear the bonbons and TV remote control calling me....)
