When we first moved in there was this awful gray carpet that we promptly ripped up due to the stench and disgusting stains.

We let our 3 year old son pick out the colours for his bedroom. He asked for green and purple. I went and picked up some paint chips for him to look at and he picked those 2 shades. We then realized that the colours were the EXACT same as a hotwheels VW van that he has that is purple with green flames. My husband painted the flames.

My father in law built the toddler bed.
I'm so excited that his room is done. We have many other rooms that are ALMOST done so more photos will be on their way soonish. |

| That looks sooo awesome! Your husband is so talented with the paint, the flames look awesome! And the floor looks amazing too, is it a bamboo floor? |

Thanks!, the floor is Tundra by Ikea. |
