Mandy Greer: Dare alla Luce

I had the pleasure of interviewing Mandy Greer last year and checking out some of her work in her studio if you are in Seattle, make the drive across the lake to the Bellevue Arts Museum to see what they are calling "Greer’s largest and most intricate artwork to date. The room-size installation is featured as part of a larger selection of works drawn from the artist’s last decade of activity."

Two Thead based art shows to check out!

"Devotion To Thread" May 17- June 14th, Woodland Pattern Book Center in Milwaukee, WI. Work by rtists such as Orly Cogan, Jenny Hart and Xander Marro will be on display. 300 limited edition hand assembled spool catalogs will be available to visitors and visiting artist Garth Johnson will be speaking at the reception on May 31st, 2008. That's a Wrap

Find the Essence from Within

I would like to meditate in a man sized dodecahedron with collage images covering all the interior surfaces. You too? Instructions my parents might have read are available. I wonder if there is another way to center while focusing on polyhedrons? Thanks BoingBoing!
